We’re looking for a person who is passionate about video production and creativity in general. At the beginning of their professional career or recently graduated, the ideal candidate will be confident editing on Premier Pro and be comfortable using other Adobe software such as After Effects and Photoshop.

Being a very collaborative studio, there will be plenty of creative, hands-on opportunities from the start, as well as undertaking the necessary tasks needed to help keeping the video department running smoothly and efficiently at all times.

Key Traits

• You may have few years’ experience in the media industry or be a recent graduate

• You have a passion & enthusiasm for video production.

• You have a willingness to pitch in and help wherever needed

• A degree or qualification in video production or a related degree is preferable

• Ability to help support the workflow within the studio

• A good understanding of video and graphic design file formats

• A good understanding and level of experience using Premier Pro Editing software

• An understanding of other Adobe creative software

Skills & Competencies

• Video editing / assisting / prepping

• Taking in and backing up footage

• Assisting on shoots with lighting set up and second cameraman duties

• Assisting in the organisation of video shoots and crew

• Helping freelancers with studio or technical requirements

• File conversions

• Managing hard drives and backing up projects after completion

• General ‘runner’ responsibilities such as buying props, collecting equipment and maintaining a tidy studio

• Sourcing and researching stock footage and imagery

• Producing documentation such as call sheets, script sheets and basic financial budget documents

• Researching and assisting the graphics team
