YOUR ROLE

We’re looking for a pro-active and self-motivated Digital Production Artworker to join an exciting new proposition, that sits between RAPP (Creative agency) and CODE (Data & Technology).

We understand the challenge brands face, that with the explosion of digital channels and customers knowingly leaving greater data footprints – expectations for brands to deliver increasingly sophisticated communications has grown beyond control.

We put technology at the heart of business, to drive E2E process efficiencies and also marketing effectiveness. We understand the need for Data Segmentation and Creative Content generation to be operating at the same speed, to deliver (genuine) data-driven mass-personalisation.

This is a digital based role with a view to be an integrated production artist across all mediums. Working to demanding deadlines, the role will require confidence, exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Your role is to help ensure that work is delivered on deadline and adhering to strict Brand guidelines.

Within our team we need someone who will be responsible for working with our Designers to help develop & deliver high quality digital production work, working side by side with the design team. The right person will be a keen doer, an innovative thinker, willing to turn their hand to try new things. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To confidently take on a hybrid role as a designer / front-end developer to artwork, code & deliver digital campaigns across a variety of brands
  • Producing artwork and templates for any medium, including press, POS, OOH, bespoke print, digital OOH, online banners and email
  • Ensuring design always complies with a brand’s guidelines
  • To spot repetitive patterns in designs or processes where automation could be introduced to streamline production
  • Working with online platforms, ensuring they are always maintained with the most relevant content for users
  • Work closely with UX to improve digital products we create in-house, transforming ideas into Pixel Perfect artwork into developer briefs
  • Troubleshooting to ensure processes are adhered to, providing best practice on all digital deployment

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent in Adobe CS, with strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign. (After effects is a bonus)
  • Confident using Sketch App & Abstract for collaborative digital art working & prototyping.
  • Broad exposure to a variety of brands. (Luxury Fashion brands are a bonus)
  • Solid experience programming in HTML, CSS & Javascript to code assets for any advertising platform.
  • Experience using version control (GIT) to develop, collaborate & share code across teams.
  • Confident testing & bug fixing digital projects across online banners, rich media & email (litmus).
  • Can pick up a project in any state, to continue and deliver. 
  • Experience using Node.js & Gulp tasks in your builds to automate production.
  • Can quickly understand & adapt to 3rd party CMS’s, 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative skills to work closely with PMs and Delivery Director as well as the client.
  • Methodical approach to archiving images and artwork.
  • Experience in creating digital art and assets (such as web banners and email).
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines to meet our client's needs.
  • The ability to take, interrogate and fully understand a brief.
