We have a requirement for Property Photographers, Floorplanners, and/or Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) to join our network of freelance property professionals to complete property marketing instructions on Hayling Island and/or around Hampshire.

The role is suitable for a self-employed individual looking for contract work. We have a broad and varied range of clients and provide full set-up on our online management system to track and complete jobs, jobs in your chosen postcode areas, and ongoing technical support.

Jobs will include: Property Photography, Marketing Floorplans, Property Descriptions, and/or Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

To join our network of property professionals, requirements are as follows:

• iPad (with camera/3g)
• DBS check
• DSLR camera preferably with a wide-angle lens
• Floorplan laser measure
• Domestic Energy Assessors must be formally trained by a recognised accreditation body

Desirable:

• 6-months property photography experience
• 6-month floorplan drawing experience. Floor plans to be completed on specific software (guidance will be given)
