We make personalised skincare treatments to order in our compounding pharmacies, distribute them directly to patients, and support our patients with the best clinical care from a team of dermatologists, nurses and pharmacists.

We’re on a journey, applying technology to provide better healthcare that’s customised to the needs of every patient. We’re now looking for individuals who can join us on our journey and take Dermatica to patients all over the world.

THE JOB

We're looking to hire a talented Graphic Designer on a short contract (c.2 months) to work with our Brand team in order to deliver beautiful designs that really align with our ethos and brand. For this role we are able to consider people who would be working 100% remotely, but it would be an advantage to be in the same timezone as the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Guidelines
    • Consider previous iterations of Dermatica’s brand guidelines;
    • Consider new strategic brand definitions (essence, identity, promise, ...);
    • Consider new brand tone of voice guidelines;
    • Recommend a consolidated and final brand guidelines manual;
    • Recommendation should cover all topics such as but not limited to: logo, palette(s), font(s), iconography, photography style, tone of voice;
    • Support UX/UI designer to help create a robust and long-lasting design-system;
  • Packaging
    • New shipping box designs for UK and US
    • New products in pipeline

Requirements

  • Portfolio of work readily available alongside CV;
  • Previous experience in developing visual identity style guides;
  • A good understanding of corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography in both print and digital media;
  • Previous experience in packaging design;
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience;
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills with an adaptable and positive attitude;

Optional but advantageous:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Graphic Design or related field;
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Illustrator;
