As a PM your role is to work across project teams and a range of stakeholders to deliver projects on time and budget
A national consumer travel operator based in London. Working from home under current Govt guidelines.
You will be responsible for:
Manage project scope and changes;
Prepare detailed project plans with workstream leads and marketing agencies for all phases of the project;
Coordinate Task & Finish meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including agendas, circulation of meeting packs, notes and decision tracking;
Support multiple project Task & Finish workstreams to ensure outputs are aligned to and directly support the achievement of the strategic objectives;
Manage and report on project budgets and cost control;
Review and manage risks;
Manage external suppliers with T&F workstream leads, including third party contracts and procurement;
Recognise and plan for interdependencies, as well as ensuring no overlap on outputs;
Link into other strategic projects as relevant to ensure alignment as required;
Deliver progress reports and stakeholder communications
Must haves:
Project Management Qualification
Project Management Experience gained ideally within either Travel or Leisure Industries
Experience of managing multiple project workstreams
Experience of project managing consumer marketing campaigns
Experience of working with senior stakeholders and suppliers
Genuine understanding of Consumer Marketing strategies and campaigns.
Available in January 2021 for an initial 16 wk period.
