We are seeking to tender a job for a videographer in UK. We wondered if any of your members would be interested in applying?
We are a new start-up based at Falmouth University Launchpad in Cornwall and we design Smart IoT waste solutions to reduce food waste streams in commercial kitchens & provide automatic solutions at reasonable prices.
We are looking to get quotes for the jobs outlined below.
What are we looking to facilitate?
• Record and edit an installation instructional video of setting up one of our smart food monitoring devices from filling out our online signup and payment forms. Receiving one of our devices and entering QR codes (device id's into the application form). Setting up the device into a commercial kitchen (Antenna install if required, Switch on and what to look for using messages from the device on an LCD screen and errors of LED SIM cell communication blinking lights, calibration of machines.)
(on-site work need to travel, half-day filming. half-day editing. Diff. Site and different day. Planned to be done from May of this year)
• Record and edit Chef training videos using waste reduction tools. A chef will be explaining the best methods of using the tools. How to us the Waste calculator and AI waste prediction tools. What to do on receiving warnings and reports. How to input no of covers and menus and preparation waste.
(on-site work need to travel, one-day filming. one-day editing. Diff. Site and different day. Planned to be done from August of this year)
The UK based videographer will need a car, their own light(s), tripod, 35 mm and zoom lens and their own recording equipment. Reasonable quality specs of equipment. Previous experience in making instruction videos not essential but preferable. We pay for petrol + lunch + half-day and full-day onsite work and half-day and full-day editing for deliveries. We will plan the itinerary of shots before work starts and explain in detail the shots required.
All applicants will need a video portfolio to view with links and a CV. We have a fixed budget, but payment will be according to experience and track record.
