This is an RIBA chartered, London based architecture and design studio. We work on commercial, residential and conceptual projects at all scales, across the UK and abroad.
Our projects are typically collaborations with clients who share our adventurous, environmentally-conscious values and seek to weave these in materially within their day-to-day spatial experience.
We are designing a new home that we are building from the ground up in East London. The empty site is nestled between two imposing Victorian houses, with the Central line running along the end of the garden.The project is being led by its Certified Passivhaus credentials, with eco-conscious construction values from the outset. The client and whole design team are an ambitious group, determined to achieve a challenging and progressive design whilst acting consciously and responsibly in terms of material use and whole life carbon consumption of the building. We see this project as a trail blazer, fabricating the impossible pairing of pioneering design, and excellence in technical detailing to achieve the stringent Passivhaus gold standard.
We are looking for Videographers (who are also confident in capturing stills) to work with us to document the site, and build, as it develops over the next 1.5 years. We are keen to hear from people who are engaged with the natural environment and whose work picks up on subtle environmental materiality.
We envisage each season will be documented by a different person. We have budgeted for a 3-4 hour shoot on site along with any post and file delivery (£250) + expenses (£50) to cover travel and lunch. On this occasion we are seeking people who already have their own kit.
The deadline for applications for Spring ‘21 is Sunday 6th June and Summer ‘21 Sunday 26th July.
DELIVERABLES
- 5-15 seconds of HD< video (doesn’t need to be edited, you're welcome to colour correct if you’d like)
- 5 x HD< stills
SHCEDULE
- Spring shoot date: ½ day shoot and any post time w/c 14th June ‘21
- Summer shoot date: ½ day shoot + post time w/c 14th August ‘21
RATE
- £250 project/ license fee + £50 for any associated expenses.
