Event Timings (approx. – timing confirmed when programme is uploaded): 9:00am – 5:00pm (no concurrent sessions)
Requirements: - photos of the conference, the room, speakers, attendees, each panel, the keynote speakers, and the chairs during all of the sessions, refreshment breaks and lunch. - email the organiser a selection of 10 of the best, high resolution images during the conference. The photographer will need to bring the necessary equipment to transfer and edit the photos during the conference. - email all additional high-resolution images by 9.00am (GMT time) the following day. All the photos are to be organised in folders by day and by session. - The photographer understands that the conference will be attended by senior figures from the legal arena and agrees to dress in business attire and to photograph the speakers/attendees as discreetly as possible.
