This position is responsible to support the Head of Art & Design, while working collaboratively with other team members, to produce top quality design assets for both print and digital. While Arlo welcomes new ideas and creativity, the role will be expected to deliver materials that maintain a consistent look and feel of the brand.  

The position will report directly to the Head, Art & Design

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:

• Design innovative and creative print and digital assets within Arlo’s style guide
• Gather all relevant facts and ensure that all deliverables communicate the current and intended information
• Concept ideas and designs for creative assets
• Assist Head of Art & Design for various projects and as requested
• Support other members of the marketing team and hotels to deliver requested assets
• Deliver high-quality, compelling designs
• Edit, resize, reformat existing materials to fit new requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of design experience in both digital and print
• A portfolio demonstrating work across design, typography, and visual communications
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of working within established brand guidelines
• Fast-working, professional, collaborative, and able to deliver in a timely manner
• Possess interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Quick learner with a close attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and written
