Full workout below Single arm preacher curl – 1 rest pause set failing on 12 reps first set ez barbell curl - 6x4 set BICEP STRETCH Lying hamstring curl – 1 rest pause set, aiming for 10 on the first set squat variation you most connect with : 3 sets of 8-10 reps, Hack Squat – rest pause set failing on 12 reps first set smith squat 6x4 set .
