Single arm preacher curl – 1 rest pause set failing on 12 reps first set
ez barbell curl - 6x4 set
BICEP STRETCH
Lying hamstring curl – 1 rest pause set, aiming for 10 on the first set
squat variation you most connect with : 3 sets of 8-10 reps,
Hack Squat – rest pause set failing on 12 reps first set
smith squat 6x4 set .
Leg extension: 1 triple drop set to failure in the 12-15 rep range,
QUAD STRETCH stretch them hard, make it burn
rdl barbell – 1 set of 15reps
60seconds rest
Lying ham curl – 1 set of 10-12 reps
60 seconds rest
rdl barbell – 1 set of 15 reps
60seconds rest
lying ham curl 1 set of 10-12 reps superset with stretch
HAM STRETCH
Standing calf raise – 3 sets of 10-12 reps, 1 min rest in between, last set into a stretch
