This project is based upon an intensified look at the practice of Shinrin Yoku, a term created by the Japanese which translates into “taking in the atmosphere of the forest”, otherwise known as ‘Forest Bathing’, a form of ‘Nature Therapy’. Filmed in Bath UK.
