Kathryn was commissioned by publishing company 3 Fox International to design a brochure for Havering Council. The Council were looking to attract a building development company to partner them in a £1 billion project to build 3,500 new homes. Havering, on the eastern fringes of London, has not been the most desirable of residential areas for commuters, but with the new Elizabeth Line due to open in 2018, that is set to change as journey times into the centre of town will be much reduced.
