The main goal of LMS is to help employers to develop employee skills by them completing courses.
User UI allows the employee to develop their skills in different areas
The company can add employee to course to the employee or the worker can join an available course.
Each course consists of a Learning object, such as chapters, lessons, and quizzes.
To complete course learner need to finish it with a positive result. After finishing the lesson, the chapter or quiz learner gets some points and takes some place on the leaderboard.
