Silverfit is a charity led by older people for older people; promoting happier, healthier ageing through physical activity, having fun & making friends along the way! Since the suspension of sessions in March, and in an effort to continue keeping older people active, Silverfit launched the Silverfit @Home YouTube channel, a series of online workouts from Silverfit instructors that people can follow in the comfort of their own home with little or no equipment required.
