• Ongoing ideation, campaign development, support, and strategic consultation around major initiatives and key moments to produce creative content executions for the U.S. but that can also be leveraged globally

• Work as part of integrated teams, infusing influencer into owned channels, PR and paid programs

• Understand the influencer landscape, their social platforms, content creation patterns and their work within the beauty industry

• Manage campaign budget and work with cross-functional teams on amplification opportunities (i.e. whitelisting, e-comm usage, etc.)

• Manage influencer selection, casting, negotiating and contracting

• Prepare and present campaign briefings for influencers + agents

• Contribute to our influencer content strategy for organic posts, paid posts, and whitelisting opportunities to ensure that our brand and product stories are well represented and compelling

• Use tools such as Tribe Dynamics and Dash Hudson for social tracking, database management, and reporting on brand and campaign KPIs for the broader team

• Always maintain a pulse on emerging trends, cultural relevance, and changes within the social and digital landscape

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of social media and influencer marketing experience within the beauty industry

• A passion for developing meaningful relationships with influencers within the beauty industry

• Strong eye for identifying and building engaging content on social media

• Deep expertise and continuous curiosity for all new and existing social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, and beyond

• A solutions-oriented self-starter with a positive, “can-do” attitude that focuses on removing blocks and obstacles for teammates

• Highly organized and efficient, able to juggle multiple tasks and communication channels at once across 3 brands and within deadlines

• Ability to devise and implement strategic and scalable influencer campaigns and programs

• A passion for the brand including our products and company values
