WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

BaubleBar is looking for a part-time Packaging Designer to help design and create emotional, cohesive and cost-efficient packaging. Ideal candidates have a strong understanding of packaging within the market, are creative problem solvers and have a unique perspective.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

• Creation and technicals of all brand packaging (shippers, cards, novelty, etc)
• Sketch and concept innovative packaging while maintaining deadlines
• Bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
• Create packaging that is a pleasure to open, emotional and environmentally conscious
• Work with cross functional partners to optimize samples and products to ensure that the packaging adheres to brands’ DNA
• Part-time role will work 3 days per week (24 hours total)

 WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

• 5+ years of design experience
• Proficiency in Illustrator
• Ability to work autonomously with strong attention to detail
• Strong technical drawing abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Position can be remote (residing anywhere in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.) or Hybrid with days in our NYC office
• If you prefer a Hybrid arrangement, you must provide documentation of fully vaccinated status for COVID-19
