Main Duties

• The Sustainable Fashion Collective www.the-sustainable-fashion-collective.com is an online platform for creative entrepreneurs worldwide building successful businesses sustainably. Each month we focus on a different topic to help brands grow, feature an interview and host a series of live online events. We are looking for a Content Manager & Copywriter to support the development of our topics and events. To begin, the role will be 5 hours per week minimum, with a view to increasing these hours as you become more comfortable in the position. Work activities include:Brainstorming topics suitable for the platform.

• Planning and writing content.

• Finding change-makers, influencers and brands with ethical values and inviting them to participate in live webinars, recorded interviews and in-person events.

• Keeping members informed of new content, events, news etc, via newsletters (using MailChimp) and social media updates.

Skills and Experience Required

• The right person will:Have a good to excellent knowledge of ethical production and responsible business practice.

• Think independently and creatively.

• Be professional, work efficiently and be able to work to deadlines independently

• Rate: £12/hour (do not apply if you charge more)

We will provide training for our in-house software and systems. HOURS & LOCATION: Five hours across three days per week (to respond to emails promptly), flexible day and start time.
