Cotton Socks Photography Ltd is a photography company that specialise in under 5’s pre-school and nursery photography . We currently cover Newcastle and Durham area and are looking to expand throughout the UK. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic and patient photographers to join our expanding team. You must be able to communicate effectly with young childen in order to create beautiful, happy images within the nursery/pre-school environment. You are paid on the amount of children you photograph in a day plus commision off sales. A typical day at a nursery of 70 children is around 5-6 hours - you are paid per child plus opportunity to earn commission.

Duties and Responsibilities: You will travel to multiple locations and will be responsible for all equipment. You must own a car, dslr camera, computer. Lighting and equipment are essential and can be aquired from Cotton Socks Photography with a deposit (refundable on return) or candidate can use their own as long as it meets company standards. You will be required to cull, edit/crop images (if not correct in camera) and upload and therefore must be computer literate and have basic knowledge of photoshop.

Requirements: Basic photoshop knowledge, 1 years studio lighting with flash, a good understanding when working with small children, DBS checked, must own computer and DSLR camera with a suitable good quality lens for childrens portraiture. Full UK driving licence and car (Please only apply if you have all of the above)

Salary: £25.00-£40.00 per hour
