Topps International is a market leader in the licensed publishing of Sports and Entertainment collectables. The Graphic Designer will join a collaborative, growing eCommerce Design team and will work on licenses such as UEFA, Bundesliga and Star Wars. This is a fast-paced Design role where flexibility and multi-tasking is key. We are looking for someone with lots of energy and creativity, with passion for and innovative ideas around the subject matter, who takes pride in their work and wants to contribute their skills broadly in a truly supportive team environment. This is a full time, hybrid position based out of our Milton Keynes office a minimum of 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
Creative – Contribute to concept designs and creative planning
Offline – Create print files from templates for trading card/sticker production
Online – Create web banners, product images, blog content, social posts
Art – Working from templates to help pull together collections for publication
International projects – Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, German or French languages is an advantage
Partnership – Builds strong internal relationships with colleagues and cross functional partners across
Skills and Experience
Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in the field
Expert use of using Adobe Creative Suite particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
An understanding of video creation/editing would be an advantage
Minimum of 3+ years of professional/commercial/brand experience
Keen interest on design trends
Comprehensive understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, web standards and advertising standards
Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing
Professional approach to project management, costs, and deadlines
Demonstrated interest in the sports/movies associated with Topps licenses strongly preferred, priority given to collectors
Has a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise and knowledge
Fluency in English is essential, with German, Spanish, French or Italian a huge plus point for the candidate
