What you will do:
- Support the Global Comms team in creating and delivering engaging assets across multiple channels
- Collate and summarise local marketing plans and campaign results to support the Global Comms teams with planning asset production
- Support Global Comms team to stay updated with local marketing calendars
- Manage content requests in line with local marketing plans, including usage needs, formats and delivery timings
- Assist local markets in keeping up-to-date and informed with plans and timings for Global assets and update the key links document with asset uploads and links
- Measure and evaluate the success of content in each market, collating learnings and feedback, helping to develop best practices
- Support with agency briefs and managing agency correspondence
- Manage day to day requests and questions from markets
- Be a brand guardian, ensuring the John Frieda brand is consistent across all markets and guidelines are followed, ensure that local teams operate consistently and effectively by providing general administrative support
- Upload all creative files and assets to the brand portal, and file management on Dropbox with agencies
- Create and update asset toolkits
- Assist with asset adaptations and cutdowns, and localise assets for smaller markets
What you will need:
- A degree or similar qualification
- 2 years experience working within a Communications/Marketing team
- Confident in working with external agencies on creative concepting & production
- Work to retailer design guidelines whilst upholding the brands creative direction
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook and PowerPoint
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A creative mind-set and the drive to bring to life different creative ideas
- Excellent organisational & filing skills of creative work & working files
- Can-do attitude to challenging requests and ability to ask for help when needed
- Preferred Skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffects)
