Hair and Makeup for a Bride Expired

Description
It's for a wedding ceremony for the bride only. Make up artist is required and if possible a hair stylist. The person/service would need to be comfortable applying appropriate make-up for individuals with darker complexions.
The wedding is not taking place in a huge hall, this day is a simple day to be done at a registry office.
Providing all goes well and if I like the service I may need to use the service again for the wedding reception event later in the year
