This role can be remote anywhere in the United States, with a preference for New York or East Coast. As the Social Media and Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the social media strategy for the organization across all relevant channels, as well as executing influencer campaigns. Your primary focus will be to build and enhance the brand’s presence across various social media platforms, engage with the target audiences, and ultimately drive meaningful results. You will manage campaign planning and execution, analyze and report on performance to optimize social media efforts. You will carry projects from ideation to execution.

Specifically you will enhance brand awareness, drive engagement and build community, put in place social media guidelines and strategies, implement reporting across platforms. With the evolution of the business, you will be responsible for building a team of specialists.
Ways You Will Contribute
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement the overall social media strategy aligned with the organization's goals, brand identity, and target audience across channels. Define objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and target metrics for social media campaigns. Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and optimize the social media strategy.
- Influencer Management: Drive influencer program and manage campaigns, according to direction given by Marketing Manager. Track performance results and report on findings.
- Social Media Content Creation and Management: Create engaging and relevant social media content, including copy, visuals, videos, and other multimedia formats. Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across social media platforms. Develop a content calendar and publishing schedule to maintain a consistent presence and optimize audience engagement.
- Social Media Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns and initiatives, including product launches, brand awareness, promotions, and community building. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, PR, and creative, to ensure seamless integration of social media with broader marketing efforts.Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to optimize results.
- Community Management and Engagement: Engage with the audience, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Build and nurture a vibrant and engaged online community by fostering conversations, creating interactive content, and managing user-generated content.
- Social Media Advertising and Influencer Collaborations: Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate execution of paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing targeting, budget allocation, and creative assets. Identify and engage with relevant influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify the brand's reach and engagement on social media.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Stay updated on social media analytics tools, trends, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in social media management.
- 5 or more years of experience in the Fashion DTC industry a plus
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- An eye for spotting innovative industry trends, platforms - and proposing different approaches to broaden reach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for different social media channels.
- Experience in developing and executing social media strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms to measure and report on performance.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with content management systems and social media scheduling tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative social media campaigns.
