Overview: 

We are looking for a talented Beauty Consultant to join our dynamic, fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will support sales & events for Murad.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Hitting sales targets and KPI objectives
• Generating sell-through via selling and events
• Reinforcing brand image and bringing the spirit of partnership to all interactions.
• Maximizing business opportunities by identifying best suited events.
• Conducting successful in store events to drive brand awareness and revenue.

What we are looking for:

• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative, as our company is dynamic and ever evolving.
• Retail store experience essential, and experience working with luxury stores like Space NK, Selfridges, John Lewis etc.
• Experience in cosmetics and beauty
• Strong salesperson with enthusiasm for building relationships
• Skilled communicator who can tailor messaging to audience
• Hands-on approach to your work
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, positive and upbeat.
