This position is a part-time, 20-hour per week contractor position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of events such as tradeshows, hosted events and roundtables. This includes all the strategies and tactics for driving as many MQLs as possible. It also includes handling all the logistical aspects of the show like ordering all the exhibit materials, etc
  • Evaluate new events - tradeshows and hosted events - for possible participation including vetting the responsible vendors and recommendations to the stakeholder community
  • Work collaboratively across various marketing functions – Product Marketing, Design, Content Marketing Operations to support event execution. Work with Sales for event staffing
  • Handle all post-event activities such as lead upload to Salesforce, enabling the SDRs on lead follow up, running recap meetings and providing an event summary
  • Manage all aspects of vendor PO and legal agreement handling for all types of demand generation programs
  • Campaign data / list management such as cleansing, organizing, cross-checking and uploading to proper databases
  • Support with virtual events like webinars, virtual tradeshows and virtual roundtables/hosted events as needed
  • May also be asked to support with other demand generation activities and tasks beyond events, as needed
  • Support communications and admin related to marketing internal communications – ex: scheduling and coordination of marketing town halls, preparing CMO presentation, etc

Job Requirements:

  • Experience (3 to 5 years) in B2B demand generation, lead generation with a focus on event management
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to navigate around roadblocks efficiently
  • Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas to campaigns and events in order to increase prospect engagement
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce. Knowledge of intent platforms like 6Sense a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
