We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join the team of a dynamic Leadership Coach focused on empowering new managers.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Storytelling Magic: You'll be the mastermind behind crafting compelling narratives from raw footage. Think beyond basic cuts - you'll use your creativity to weave a story that resonates with viewers.
• Visionary Editing: An eagle eye for detail is key! You'll identify the strongest moments, create impactful edits, and ensure a polished, professional final product.
• Keeping it Clean & Engaging: Attention to detail is your middle name. You'll maintain consistent use of graphics, text overlays, and adhere to established brand guidelines to create an engaging viewing experience.
• Monthly Rhythm: This is a project-based role with a consistent workflow. You'll be editing 4 videos per month. Final videos will range from 10-15 minutes in length, with raw footage of 10-20 minutes.
• Turning Ideas into Reality: You'll receive all four raw files at once and have a 1-week turnaround time for all edited videos.
• Feedback Friendly: Collaboration is key! We value your expertise but also appreciate your ability to incorporate constructive feedback.
• Organizational Rockstar: Keeping track of edits and project details is essential. Experience using Notion for project management is a plus!

The ideal candidate will possess: 

• Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing storytelling abilities.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to creating clean, professional videos.
• Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Understanding of branding principles and the ability to translate them into video aesthetics.
• Excellent organizational skills and a system for efficient project management.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively.
• Experience using Notion for project management (a plus!).
