Freelance Video Director

Description
We are looking for a freelance video Director with experience producing short-form, social-first videos to shoot and edit 4-6 vertical videos per month for our paid social channels. These channels are Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest. The content of these videos will be aligned with our core brand positioning and seasonal content themes. We typically have three individual content themes per month except for certain categories we continually push i.e. Wedding Guest/Bridal, Gifting inspiration and Jewellery. There can be flexibility on the number of videos per theme based on the time of year.
The creative concepts, styling, location scouting and model sourcing will be done in-house by Wolf & Badger. We will however work closely with the Director to make sure we are aligned on our creative decisions and are optimising our concepts for paid use.
What You Bring:
We welcome people who previously have experience as part of a production team in-house or at an agency, producing and directing within a multi-platform environment.
Experience producing short-form video content for fashion brands on social is preferred. Proficiency in editing and post-production is essential.
