We organise the Northern Ireland Hair & Beauty Awards on 23rd June at the La Mon Belfast and we are looking for a photographer to book and cover the event.

Please see below the details and the brief;

Event Name: Northern Ireland Hair & Beauty Awards 2024

Date: 23rd June 2024 Time: 6pm-10pm

Venue: La Mon Belfast Guests: approx. 350 guests Photography Objectives:

• Capture the Atmosphere: The photographs should convey the vibrant and celebratory atmosphere of the event. Focus on capturing candid moments, interactions, and the overall energy of the attendees.

• Showcasing the Winners: Capture images of the award winners, both during the award ceremony (on stage) and in posed shots afterward (at the media boards). It is crucial to highlight their joy, gratitude, and pride. We need to have pictures with every winner handed in their award at the media boards. A member of the team will bring them there one by one to get pictures taken.

• Candid Shots: Capture spontaneous moments and interactions among attendees. • Event Décor/venue: Take photographs of the venue's ambiance, decorations, and table settings, showcasing the efforts put into creating a visually appealing atmosphere for the event. Deliverables: High-resolution digital photographs in JPEG format. Minimum 400 photographs covering the event. Provide a mix of coloured and black-and-white photographs.

Timeline: within 48 hours. Also, please note that from 8pm-9.30pm there will be break for the guests to have dinner. Could you please let me know regarding the fee and availability? I look forward to hearing from you soon.
