We require a committed, well-qualified and experienced freelance videographer and editor to join our organisation as a short-form content creator, with the ability to manage and train a small team to produce weekly content for an internal TV station, broadcasting within the walls of a Young Offenders institute in Kent.

They will have current knowledge of the media industry, editing software and techniques used in modern video production. In addition to the dedication, energy and resolve needed to make a significant difference to the lives of serving prisoners.

Job Responsibilities
Develop a robust and engaging creative training programme
Deliver effective workshops in Film and TV Production with an emphasis on videography and editing
Support prisoners in their learning journey, providing guidance and feedback.
Collaborate with internal departments to understand their production needs and objectives
Create visually stunning content that aligns with the establishment's identity
Create short form content, and other visual elements for an internal TV channel
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in video production
Experience
Strong portfolio showcasing filmmaking and editing skills
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premier Pro, Audition)
Experience with After Effects would be a bonus
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Excellent communications skills
Proven teaching experience
