Introduction to Tema
Tema’s mission is to empower investors with unexplored and innovative solutions accessing today’s most pressing and durable investment opportunities. The company raised the largest ever VC funding round in ETFs and has launched seven products over the last 10 months, raising c. $200m in assets. Tema is now looking to expand its marketing team to match its ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities:
Design static images, carousels, and video content optimized for different devices (mobile, desktop, tablets).
Produce and edit video content, including promotional videos, explainer videos, tutorials, and social media videos.
Manage video production projects from concept to final delivery, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting, and post-production.
Create compelling ads for various digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising platforms.
Design and develop visually appealing webpages, ensuring a seamless user experience and engagement.
Design Ebooks, blog graphics, and email templates that align with our brand and marketing strategies.
Create sales collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
Provide creative input and develop innovative ideas for video and design projects, including infographics and other multimedia content.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness across all media.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with UI/UX design principles.
Knowledge of social media advertising formats and best practices.
Basic understanding of marketing and branding strategies.
Experience with animation software (e.g., After Effects) for creating motion graphics as well as static software such as Adobe and Figma.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
