Good Squish is a London based fashion & hair accessories brand that reimagined the oversized scrunchie with unprecedented demand.

Good Squish are looking for energetic & creative people to join our dynamic team as we expand the business to incorporate other clothing products alongside our vast scrunchie range, launch into new territories world-wide and prepare for upcoming collaborations with notable brands.

As a Graphic Design Executive, you will collaborate closely with a vibrant leadership team within a small, yet highly motivated culture, offering numerous opportunities for professional development and personal growth.

You will be responsible for conceiving, designing & creating all collateral for the business in line with the brand guidelines & strategic objectives. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal & organisational skills, have the ability to apply creative thinking in-line with the project brief, have a keen interest in world of fashion, & boundless energy for growth & development of Good Squish!

Essential characteristics for the successful candidate:

  • Have experience in a Graphic Design Role post or a similar position demonstrating achievement against business growth objectives.

  • Experience/awareness of HTML/CSS and a basic understanding of UX and UI principles

  • A creative approach to interpreting marketing briefs in-line with brand guidelines

  • Strong Graphic Design skills with the use of the adobe suite.

  • Strong video editing skills creatively using raw video stock.

  • Excellent knowledge of;

  • Adobe Suite

  • Klaviyo email marketing platform

  • Social media platforms for scheduling design distribution

  • Preferred video editing softwares

  • Be able to work to your own initiative as well as being a good team player that is happy to share creative ideas and be a strong participator in team brainstorms

  • Well-organised with a strategic approach to workflows & prioritising tasks.

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Competent reporting writing and presentation skills.

  • Proven experience of working with a in a fast-paced environment.

  • Enthusiastic, hardworking and target driven character.

Freelance Role

Estimated work of 2-3 days per week required - subject to business requirements

£15-25 per hour subject to experience
