Photographer/Videographer for a company event

Hey, we are a small company and are going to host an end of the year event. We would like someone to take some pictures and a short video of the event. It will start around 7pm, but I do not think we need the photographer more than 3 hours. He or she is welcomed to stay after shall they wish and have a drink. Our budget is £200. Thanks!
