Just to introduce myself I am co-founder of a beauty brand based in Runcorn, we are called DCYPHER and we specialise in customised foundations. We have an ambitious new product development plan and are hiring a formulator to help build amazing products including base products and other colour cosmetics as well.

We want to set up a sensory screening panel to profile and shortlist potential formulas. Some of the panel will be general population but we’d also like to supplement it with some local MUAs who might be able to bring in their experience. We were wondering if this is an opportunity that you’d be interested in? The plan is to meet weekly (day to be decided) for 90 minutes to try different products and profile them. There may also be other activities as well depending on the needs of the business. We are just looking for someone to test our products and do some profiling to see if it satisfies our benchmarks.
