Makeup Artist for a "beauty day" birthday party

My daughter (12 years old) is having a garden party, I would like her to have sort of a beauty session with her friends. So maybe someone who can do some nice makeup for them (nothing complicated or exaggerated), hair and nails. I am also open to suggestions, as I am just trying to figure out something that could be enjoyable for my daughter's birthday party. Please let me know also what your rate would be. Thanks!
