We’re organising a small, intimate graduation event in early July 2025 (exact date to be confirmed) in the Warwickshire area, and we’re currently sourcing a photographer to support the occasion.

The event will host approximately 25 graduates along with their guests (around 40 people total), and will take place over half a day, most likely mid-morning to mid-afternoon. We are looking for someone who can capture a combination of posed group photos and candid moments from the ceremony and celebrations.

As a charity, we are working with a very limited budget, so we are ideally looking for a photographer who could attend the event at a very low cost. One option we’d like to explore is whether you’d be able to provide your services on the day and then set up an online gallery afterwards, where students and families can individually purchase the photographs they’d like.
