Freelance / Contract — London (Hybrid, Shoreditch Studio)
We’re seeking a proven Senior Designer with a deep, senior-level background in branding to join our creative team on an initial freelance basis.
Who you are
A strategically minded, conceptually bold designer with a refined aesthetic sensibility and a proven ability to lead projects from ideation to execution. You must be confident shaping brand narratives for luxury, fashion, arts and cultural/public sector clients, while guiding multidisciplinary teams toward beautifully crafted results. Applicants experienced within the ultra-luxury sector, and familiar with UHNWI audiences, preferred.
Core requirements
- 6+ years of senior-level design experience, focused on brand identity.
- Proven experience leading branding projects and mentoring junior creatives.
- Research driven.
- Outstanding craft in visual design — both digital and print — with a rigorous eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; motion or 3D experience a plus.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple streams of work.
- Confident communicator with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.

Must be London based as we maintain a hybrid model, with at least 3 studio days per week required. Flexibility on remote work as needed.
Freelance Contract (6 months with possibility of permanent contract after) Day rate/salary based on experience.
