We’re looking for a highly skilled Lead Digital Designer – Ecommerce to drive performance-focused design across our digital ecosystem. This hands-on role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer who thrives in ecommerce and marketing environments — someone who can balance creative execution with results-driven thinking.

You’ll work closely with the SVP of Creative to shape the visual language of our brand online, leading the design of web experiences, digital campaigns, ecommerce assets, and marketing content across channels. From homepage refreshes and landing pages to CRM assets and paid media, your work will directly impact user engagement, conversion, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and maintain ecommerce pages and digital experiences with a focus on conversion and usability

• Lead the design of performance marketing assets, including email, paid social, banners, and promotional graphics

• Create responsive website layouts, landing pages, and product detail pages that support both brand and business goals

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including creative, marketing, product, and dev — to bring campaigns and initiatives to life

• Interpret data and insights to inform design iterations and drive continual improvement

• Establish and evolve digital design systems and best practices that ensure brand consistency across platforms

• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to senior stakeholders, including the SVP of Creative

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong focus on ecommerce, web, and performance marketing

• A portfolio that demonstrates conversion-focused design across responsive websites, emails, and marketing campaigns

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant design/prototyping tools

• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and mobile-first best practices

• Experience working with creative and marketing teams to develop assets aligned with campaign goals

• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and deeply hands-on

• Experience designing for Shopify, Magento, or other ecommerce platforms

• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS or working knowledge of web development constraints

• Experience in A/B testing and interpreting performance metrics to optimize creative
