We believe creativity begins with a restless curiosity, and the urge to always ask “what if?" and "why not?” And we’re looking for a creative, ambitious Social Media Producer to work closely with our team in the workshop in East London to help present our work and experiments online.

Your focus? Producing content that inspires other makers and artists.

This is a role for someone who loves creating beautiful content, has sharp instincts for what photographs well, and is passionate about craft and artistry.

You will own these things:

• Grow LL&Co’s following across social media, with a primary focus on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Will start up our TikTok and YouTube Shorts profiles.
• Filming and editing Reels, TikToks, and other social video formats from within the workshop that bring our model-making stories to life through short-form video.
• Publishing and scheduling across social channels, writing social captions, and ensuring a steady stream of inspiring content.
• Performance tracking: using insights and analytics to optimise and elevate every new piece of content.
