Makeup Artist for a Black Tie Event

Corporate Black Tie Xmas Event.. Have never had my makeup done before by someone so I'm really putting my trust in an artist for this occassion... ideally would like a full face of makeup, lashes and hair styled (i have very long brown hair which doesnt hold curls too well.. but would love for my hair to have loads of volume, bouncy curls.. that hold their shape and maybe even half up half down?)
