Green Man is seeking a Social Media coordinator to create content & copy for Green Man’s various social media accounts throughout the year.
Job Responsibilities
Working with the Marketing Manager to strategise and implement the brand's social media strategy
Create shortform and longform copy for social, newsletter & website
Create a social media plan for the year
Engage and grow our fan base, engagement and online presence
Working to KPIs, timings & objectives
Create reports of social media performance
Formatting content for certain platforms using tools like Photoshop
Creating various assets across photo & video
Research & identify topical and engaging content
Scheduling and live-posting social media content
Working within a wider team & receiving and adapting content in line with team feedback
Working with third parties, such as photographers, videographers and agencies to create content
Assisting the Marketing Manager with any additional work and projects
Job Requirements
At least two years' experience working with brand social media accounts
Strong interest and knowledge of Green Man related music, culture, trends & festivals
Interest in Green Man's other programmes including: science, film, current affairs, politics, fashion, literature, comedy, performing arts, travel, food and beverage, children and young people's entertainment and health and wellness
A bonafide wordsmith, with a flair for copywriting and ability to create copy in a brand's unique tone of voice
Experience delivering successful content and campaigns across current social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads
Awareness of developments in digital and social media
Excellent eye for detail and design
Great communicator with excellent language and grammar
Able to work fluidly and amenably within both a small office team and larger festival team
Fee/Hours
This contract is part time, 109 x 8hr days per year, see Job Description for breakdown of days
£30,000 pro-rata
