Identity - Fashion & Beauty
This project was shot in studio, for a project I was set. One model (unnamed) and one photographer (Meheret Beyene).
The theme of this shoot was photography itself and the idea of identity and beauty. An idea that people take photographs to accentuate or adds to their features, but not to highlight their flaws. Hence the close ups of the portrait.
On this photoshoot I directed, styled and photographed the model myself. As well as setting up the studio, I lit all three colour backgrounds myself with studio equipment to make my own tones/ aesthetic. I also post produced these images myself, with minimal manipulation.
