Deya Collab Beer #4
For this our Collab #4 #coldbrew #dry-beaned oatmeal coffee porter 'This Ain't My First Rodeo we teamed up with Rave Coffee and Cheltenham Brewery DEYA.
They make a pretty solid porter around this time of year that we love and had never brewed with coffee so we tweaked the recipe and dry-beaned the beer with Honduran coffee providing a raspberry, praline and milk chocolate taste.
It came out a treat after the finished beer was rested on the beans for 36hrs. 17kgs in the conditioning tank for day or two gave us about 12g per litre and it's the perfect level.
