‘Community Website Design & Graphic Design | House of Verse’
House of Verse is a vibrant and creative community that supports, facilitates and encourages local culture and talent to flourish through holding variety events at venues across Leicestershire; I have had the pleasure of working with them for a number of years. I was originally approached by it’s director and head words-woman, Hibword, to develop their website; it was to act as an inclusive, online community for all it’s performers and patrons alike, to showcase and facilitate the talent that the (mostly) Leicester-based troupe had to offer and to manage and promote their upcoming shows and events with ease. The initial launch of the website back in 2016 helped to raise brand awareness across the city and encouraged many new events organisations, venues, performers and patrons to get in touch. And, like any good partnership, we have recently reinvested and redeveloped much of it’s design, features and content to help keep the online community in tip-top form. Following the website redevelopment I have also had the opportunity to create a pull-up banner and leaflet for the community. Both follow the styling of the new website and help to further expand the overall eclectic and creative brand image that is House of Verse.
