My works speak for themselves: valeriiapanina.name I'm a UX designer with managerial skills and a certified UX writer — with a passion for technology, education, and the arts. I collaborate effectively with startups and startups-within-companies where it is possible to immerse myself at every level and directly interact with stakeholders. With each opportunity I am the person in charge of shaping experience: it includes both text and design. My deliverables are user research, flows, wireframes and prototypes, microcopy and all the UX texts, content and UI elements. What this could be? Applications, text-loaded interfaces, special projects… I love designing meanings. In part, I treat text as design and function: why, where, and in what form a certain content is necessary to get a particular message across — so I'm delivering the "full-stack" of UX for a product. On top of that are tons of testing, learning, and refining. I believe it’s better to release a feature, learn feedback, and release the second version of it than to tweak it to perfection, losing time and maximizing the costs of production. My smallest team comprises of a proofreader and myself as a content creator and UX/UI designer. Larger and more versatile teams include a contributor/writer, visual designer, marketer, proofreader and myself as a coordinator and UX specialist. I’m an active member of several design communities, and a constant visitor to industry events: meeting like-minded people, sharing our experience and thus getting inspired is one of the greatest joys for me.
