Hastings presentation poster
I was inspired by Julian Opie in this artwork because he creates graphic landscape illustrations and it inspires me to create this work in his style.
This image represents the Hastings very well because I showed the Hastings’ architecture in this work. Additionally, I used the Hastings’ architecture in my last work.
Not only that, I represented the Hastings’ street structures in this work, for example, I created a telephone box, too many trees and street lamps like in Hastings’ streets.
Also, I created some characters to make the image more dynamic and interesting.
After I create the final illustration I decided to create it in different versions to make it varied. I tried the high saturated, warm pale colour versions and finally cold colours. I think all of them looking different beautiful. Saturated one looks dynamic and the others look more modern.
