HERE IT IS! My TOP 10 entry for the @nyxcosmetics_uk #faceawardsuk ! - 💕 The theme is living art. I was inspired by the style of two artists whose work I admire, @ollyhowe and @kristjanaswilliams - who both use some of nature’s most beautiful forms of living art and collage things like butterfly wings, feathers and animals together to create something complete new and other worldly. I particular was inspired by @ollyhowe ‘s slightly graffiti and graphic style, mixed with @kristjanaswilliams ‘ more paper 3D collage style. I took those inspirations, added my own twist, and voila! - 💕 - Also quite poignant doing this as a piece, because I have admired @kristjanaswilliams ‘ work since my days working at Twycross Zoo, seeing her work it the gallery. It always inspired me. And that is also where I first picked up a face paint, and look at the incredible journey I have been on ever since!
