Videoclip for my new electro pop single Expired

I am going to shoot a videoclip for my new electro pop single and need stylish outfit and makeup to create a vibe of utopia (the song is called utopian dream)
So only creative stylist is needed (but nothing too extravagant) to create a dreamy character with a sophisticated look.
