Description/Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to understand their goals, target audience, and messaging objectives.

• Designing sales enablement materials such as presentations, brochures, sales decks, case studies, white papers, info graphics, and other visual assets including but not limited to hand made illustrations and 3d isometrics.

• Creating visually appealing and user-friendly templates that sales representatives can use to customize their presentations and proposals.

• Incorporating branding guidelines and maintaining consistency across all sales enablement materials.

• Utilizing industry-standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.

• Conducting research and staying updated on industry trends to ensure the sales enablement tools are innovative and effective.

• Applying visual storytelling techniques to enhance the sales messages and effectively communicate key points to the target audience.

• Collaborating with copywriters, content creators, and other team members to develop compelling and persuasive sales collateral.

• Testing and refining the design elements based on feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of the sales enablement tools.

• Providing support and guidance to the sales team in effectively utilizing the sales enablement tools and materials.

• Keeping up with emerging technologies and design trends to incorporate new techniques and tools into the sales enablement process.

Qualifications include:

• University degree or Certificate

• Demonstrated marketing experience, developing marketing materials, developing marketing plans, providing creative input, and executing marketing projects
