Hello! We’re seeking an intelligent and experienced Sr. Developer who is excited to work with us on our brand new Nectar app! This developer will lead the development process, working closely with our Marketing and Product teams to build out new features and improve existing ones. The ideal candidate is someone who is extremely resourceful, reliable, and can work both self-sufficiently and collaboratively. We’re looking for a Sr. Developer who is passionate about developing quality digital products and experience!

What You’ll Do: 

• Spearhead the development of our Nectar iOS app, ensuring it's efficient, polished, and has a seamless front-end user experience
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams for iterative and expanded development
• Build, manage, and update live mobile app, based on product/features roadmap, responsive design, and ad-hoc builds/requests
• Research and manage current mobile app with Apple Store/ iOS developer requirements
• Assist with and update indexes, tables, database for data captures
• Research and communicate mobile app best practices, issue resolution, and new ideas
• Demonstrate an expert ability to troubleshoot, QA, test app, and develop
• Manage website updates, such as, regular maintenance support, web traffic, content edits, video/YouTube/Vimeo integrations, ads setup, light ecommerce support, etc.
• Automate analytics/metrics of site and app health for regular cadence

Who You Are:

• 7+ years experience with iOS/Swift
• 1+ years of experience with SwiftUI
• 4+ years experience with frontend web (React, Javascript, HTML/CSS, Tailwind a plus)
• 5+ years experience with backend development (Typescript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, GraphQL is a plus)
• Have a demonstrated portfolio of released mobile applications on the iOS market
• Experienced in leading a team of developers
• Proactive contributor with process, SOPs, and documentation 
• Thrives in a fast paced, scrappy environment
• Proactive communicator and ability to self-manage to meet deadlines
