I am looking for someone to create a "dead Frida Calo" type of halloween makeup look".
I am going to do my hair myself, so I just need my makeup to be done. It is important that the makeup you use is hypoallergenic and can last a whole day.
I'd also like the makeup artist to apply eyelashes extensions too (I can buy them or if you have some hypoallergenic ones that would be great)
My rate would be £80, however if you have a minimum rate that is higher I can ask a friend of mine to join, so it'd be makeup for 2 people and hopefully we can stay under £80 per person.
Flexible on time but need to be ready by 4pm.
