Website & Content (Contentful)

• Create and update website content using a content management system, following existing design systems

Email & Newsletters

• Design and build marketing newsletters and flows using established templates

• Adapt campaign messaging into email-friendly layouts

• Prepare imagery and assets for email (correct sizing, formats, accessibility basics)

• Support A/B testing visuals and subject line treatments where required

• Social Media & Marketing Collateral

Design social media assets (static posts, carousels, stories) across platforms

• Adapt campaign creative for different formats and placements

• Create motion assets or animated elements (where relevant)

• Create visual assets for paid digital advertising (e.g. social ads, display banners)

Brand & Design Support

• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all outputs

• Use existing design systems, templates and component libraries

• Work closely with marketing and content teams to deliver briefs

• Apply feedback and iterate designs efficiently

• Organise and maintain design files and shared asset libraries

• Support senior designer with day-to-day design tasks as needed
